Operational status for Proceedo

We are experiencing some problems with Proceedo.

[2020-09-14 14:04] Adding delegation can take up to a minute or two to process. 

[2020-09-16 14:28] Advanced search in P8 can give you a time out in some search criteria.

We are working on solving these problems as quickly as possible and we will keep you updated on the progress.

Solved problems:

[2020-09-14 20:51] Approval of invoices and requisitions are currently not functioning as normal.

[2020-09-14 20:51] Changes in the approval hierarchy are not possible at this time.

[2020-09-14 20:51] Advanced search in P8 can give you a system error.

[2020-09-14 20:51] Punch-out with Läromedia is not working.

[2020-09-14 20:51] When trying to create, delete or open an already generated report in the report.generator (Prior to 12/9). Proceedo gives an error message.

[2020-09-16 18:10] We are experiencing problems with sending Peppol invoices.

Successful migration

This weekend, 12-13 September, we migrated databases for Visma Proceedo. It has been a successful migration so far.

The system is now open again for you and your users.
